About the Artwork
End of the Line captures the emotional and physical exhaustion of burnout within a modern industrial context. The piece features a weary character slumped on a conveyor belt, surrounded by flames, a low battery icon, and scattered paperwork. The symbolism in this piece is to showcase that the conveyor belt will always be in forward motion, reflecting how burnout can feel like there is no stop in sight.
Tools & Process
This illustration was created entirely in Adobe Illustrator using clean vector shapes to construct the conveyor setting and central figure. Symbolic elements such as flames, battery indicators, and stress lines were added to convey burnout visually. Shadows and glow effects were layered to enhance depth and emphasize the drained emotional state.
